Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our Android/iOS games (the "Games"). By downloading, installing, or playing our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Games.
  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Exploit bugs or interfere with the Games' operation.
  • Use the Games for unlawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

Some Games may allow or require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. In-App Purchases

Some Games may offer in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Google Play or other authorized platforms. We do not control or store your payment information. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Advertisements

The Games may display ads via third-party providers such as Google AdMob. By using the Games, you consent to the display of such ads.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By playing, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
Age signals received from the device are processed strictly locally for regulatory age-compliance and content-gating. This data is never used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or building user profiles.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Games, including graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks, are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Our Games may integrate, utilize, or contain links to third-party services, applications, websites, software components, or content (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). These Third-Party Services may include, but are not limited to, payment processors, analytics platforms, advertising networks, platform distributors (such as the Google Play Store), and hosting providers.
  • You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of any Third-Party Services is at your own risk and discretion. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility or liability for the operation, functionality, privacy policies, or content of such Third-Party Services.
  • Your use of Third-Party Services is strictly governed by the respective terms of service, privacy policies, and end-user license agreements of those third parties. It is your sole responsibility to review and comply with all applicable third-party agreements before interacting with or utilizing any integrated features in our software.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, or dispute caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of the use of our Games will be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Calcutta, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within this page.
