Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our players using our Android/iOS games (hereinafter referred to as "Game" or collectively the “Games”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you play our Games.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on the specific Game:

  1. Device & Usage Information
    • Device type, operating system, language, IP address, approximate location.
    • Gameplay events (e.g., progress, scores, session length).
    • Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data.

  2. Advertising & Analytics Data
    • Through Google AdMob, we may collect information necessary to serve ads (including your device identifiers, ad interactions, and whether you’ve chosen personalized or non-personalized ads).
    • Through GameAnalytics, we may collect anonymized gameplay data to improve our Games.

  3. Account Information (if applicable)
    • Some Games may allow or require you to sign in. In such cases, we may collect your email address, username, or other identifiers you provide.

  4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
    • In Games that allow saving progress or uploading content to our servers, we may store your game data (e.g. level progression, rewards, etc.), settings and purchases. Depending on the particular Game, this data may be stored on the device itself, or could be uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Games.
  • Personalize gameplay and ads (if you consent to personalized ads, depending on your region).
  • Analyze performance and usage trends.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.
  • Communicate with you if sign-in or support services are available.

3. Data Storage

  • Local Storage: Some Games store all data (such as progress, preferences, or settings) only on your device.
  • Server Storage: Some Games may store data (such as account details or gameplay progress) on our servers. We use only reputed third-party cloud service providers for this storage.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time from within the Game by going to Settings > Discard Data. This will remove data stored locally on your device and, where applicable, from our servers. (Note: Some deletions may require Internet connectivity to complete.)

For data collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob (advertising) and GameAnalytics (analytics), we do not control this data directly. If you wish to request deletion of data stored by these services, you may do so by:

  • Managing your Google advertising settings through your Google Account, in line with Google’s privacy policies.
  • Contacting us at the email address mentioned below (in the Contact Us section) so we can assist with forwarding your request to GameAnalytics, in accordance with their privacy policy.

Our Games may use third-party services that collect information (e.g. advertising ID) that could be used to identify you:

6. Children's Privacy

Our Games are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or under the age of digital consent required by local law). If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information promptly from our systems.

Please note that data stored locally on the user’s device (such as game progress or settings) may need to be removed manually by the device owner.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We use encryption to protect your data in transit, however, do note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We restrict access to personal information to our organizational members, contractors and agents who need that information to process it, and are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

  • Accessing your data (if stored on our servers).
  • Requesting deletion of your data (if stored on our servers).
  • Opting out of personalized ads (depending on your region).

Product-specific policies

In addition to the general practices described above, the following sections describe data practices for individual Games.

NumTrix - Math Number Puzzle

1. Information we collect

We collect app activity, game-play and ad actions (e.g. level progress, ad-watched, etc.) and other diagnostic information (like device identifiers, approximate locations, advertising ID, etc.) for advertisements and analytics purposes only.

We may ask the user's date-of-birth (DOB) to ensure we comply with data safety and families' policy norms. This information is used to determine what Ads to show and whether or not device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID) are shared with 3rd parties or not. The DOB itself is neither shared nor stored directly. Besides the above, we do not collect any other personally identifiable information.

2. Data storage, deletion and security

All game progress and user preferences are stored on the device itself. They can be deleted any time by the user by going to Settings > Discard data. Since we do not have access to the user's device, the user is responsible for securing their device and any data stored locally on the device.

No data is stored on our servers. Any app-activity, game-actions, etc. data collected for analytics and advertisement purposes are collected by 3rd party services like GameAnalytics and Google AdMob. We use this data to improve our products and deliver to you a personalized ad experience.
